Ansero LUM臭氧气体分析仪
The chemiluminescence principle to measure ozone gas by using ethylen gas is well-known. In case of a leakage, though, it can be explosive. However, the LUM process does not use ethylene but a solid reactant which is completely harmless. The LUM measurement principle has no cross sensitivity to organic gas components such as aromatics and aliphatics (VOC).
