TLV threshold monitoring (MAK) has to be reliable. Accordingly, an emergency shutdown has to be initiated in case of an ozone leakage to protect humans and hardware material. Compliance with the safety standards UVV ZH 1/474, S2, S8, DIN19627, CEN/TR 14740, and DVGW has to be covered. For personal protection, portable devices with battery should be used.
